Our Charitable Mission

Breaking Barriers: Menstrual Health, Education & Empowerment

At Shade Empress, we believe that true empowerment goes beyond beauty—it’s about ensuring every girl has the opportunity to thrive. That’s why we proudly donate 5% of our profits to Huru International, a charity dedicated to providing reusable menstrual products, menstrual health education, and vital sexual health resources to girls across Africa.

Huru International works in countries such as Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda, helping to break the cycle of period poverty that forces many young girls to miss school. In addition to providing essential menstrual kits, Huru also delivers education on sexual health, STI prevention, and HIV/AIDS awareness, ensuring that girls have the knowledge and resources to protect their well-being and future.
